We give several good reasons why to own Urban Vista from an investment perspective:

1. Just 3 minutes walk to Tanah Merah MRT. Easy access to Changi Airport and the rest of Singapore. This is an existing MRT station today, so no need to wait for MRT construction.
2. The site next to Urban Vista is slated to as a future Commercial Development. This means there will be a Shopping Mall next to Urban Vista in the near future. And being next to a shopping mall is a very good point for Urban Vista prices.
3. Opposite Tanah Merah MRT, is an upcoming project by Keppel Land. That piece of land was bought at $8,518psm compared to Urban Vista land which was bought at $7,276psm. This means that the upcoming Tanah Merah launch will be priced higher than Urban Vista.
